Property Ownership:
By registering the property on the website you are confirming that you are either the legal owner to the property or are an authorised representative of the legal owner.
Accuracy:
You confirm that the details of the property entered on the Website are accurate and give a fair representation of the property.
Legal Documentation:
You confirm that you hold a Home Information Pack (HIPs) for the property where the property where the property is being advertised for sale.
You confirm that you hold an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) where the property is being advertised for rent.
Security of user name and password:
You agree that you are responsible for the security and use of any user names or passwords needed to access or use the Website or any of the services on the Website.
Material submitted by you:
You agree not to submit any material which is: threatening, defamatory, offensive, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, pornographic, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy; which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK; or for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or approvals; or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data).
